The launch campaign was very well received and drove a significant number of app downloads. However, many users expressed frustration with map functionality issues. Despite the negative feedback, there was often a sense of pride in the product’s local roots, along with encouragement to improve.

Our next campaign came to address those frustrations. Yes, there are technical challenges, but there is also a larger national ambition we are working toward.
Like Saudi Arabia itself, we are a work in progress, guided by a clear vision. Our goal is to help shape the Kingdom into a utopia of roads.

We brought all of that to life through a music video, using a song that draws a parallel between our features and different areas of national ambition.
